What Marshal does

Detect: your processes, found in your documents

Upload SOPs, runbooks and procedure documents. Marshal proposes the business process they describe: its steps, the records it works on and the states they move through. A person reviews the proposal, and only then is it saved as a workflow.

Ask Marshal: cited answers from your knowledge base

Ask a question in plain language. Marshal searches your documents and answers with citations back to the source, and only from documents you are allowed to see.

Comply: check work against your policy

Check a workflow or a written procedure against your policy documents. You get a verdict, the findings behind it, and citations to the policy passages. A finding without evidence does not count as a violation.

Classify: against a reference you choose

Marshal extracts a rubric of tiers and criteria from your reference document. A person reviews the rubric, and then each item is placed in a tier with the evidence for it.
